FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How will my order be shipped to me?

In an effort to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we ship with Canada Post. Orders within Canada will receive a tracking number. When shipping to other countries tracking numbers will only be provided for orders over $150.

2. How do you package my order?

All of our prints are rolled in kraft paper and packaged in a hard cardboard shipping tube. Every effort is taken to ensure that our prints are packaged with care to keep them dry and safe. Other items that cannot be rolled into tubes will generally be shipped in a padded box or bubbled envelope depending on the product.

3. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, we would request that you send a photo to us of the damaged package so that we can register a shipping complaint. Upon review of the damage your order will be replaced, or if the item is sold out, refunded in full.

4. How long does it typically take to receive my order?

Products are generally shipped within seven (7) business days, unless otherwise noted upon purchase. Shipping times vary depending on your location in relation to us. Because we are a Canadian studio, we cannot give any specifics as to how long customs will hold your order, but generally orders within North America should arrive within 3-4 weeks of purchase.


5. What if my order does'nt show up?

If you have not received your order within forty-five (45) days of purchase, we ask that you contact us with your order # so that we can register a claim with Canada post. If your package cannot be located, your order will be replaced, or if the item is sold out, refunded in full.
